Click on “Personal” and find all your action plans in your personal GANTT chart.
PYTHEOS personal GANTT: how does it work?
- From your dashboard click on your profile, then on “Personal”
- You open your profile page with your personal GANTT chart
- Action plans in red, actions in blue, tasks in light blue.
- Click on Action plans to display or hide
- >> The tasks are not visible by default, click on the action to display the tasks
- Use the tool at the bottom of the page to adjust the calendar periods
- Click on the GANTT blocks to open your action plans, actions or tasks
- >> Tips: with Ctrl + click you can open a new tab and work on several PYTHEOS pages
- You can hide or display your completed action plans and actions by clicking on “show 100%” button
- Finally, click on the PDF icon to export your GANTT in a PDF document
